Kady Chiu Creator
Kady Chiu is the creator of Kadidid, a marketing consulting firm focusing on enterprise 2.0 and change management, helping companies shifting through the culture changes into a more collaborative environment using social technologies. Recently featured in the Washington Post as an up-and-comer breaking down the digital divide.
Kady is also the co-founder of 1Piazza, a web 2.0 community offering events to connect entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts, creating a platform in the DC metro area to support the technical and startup communities – empowering social knowledge ™.
Prior to Kadidid consulting, Kady worked at HP for over 10 years. As a world-wide marketing manager at HP, her background focused around business development, global market expansion and marketing strategy. She is passionate about people and is looking forward to sharing new ways to connect people and knowledge using social tools. Kady holds an undergraduate degree in International business and graduate degree in Management Information Systems from University of Maryland.

David Ela Marketing Manager
David Ela is a second year MBA candidate at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Management. Most recently, David was the Marketing Manager for GeniusRocket. While at GeniusRocket, David helped the company build a premium service offering; he also developed a number of marketing initiatives, including improving online communications and clarifying the company’s value proposition. David is interested in entrepreneurship and marketing and enjoys working with start-ups to bring their products and services to market. He is particularly interested in using Web 2.0 technologies to target specific groups with a customized message in order to connect with the consumer at the individual level. David also embraces working with not-for-profits on branding issues and on developing self-sustaining sources of revenue.
Tania Delgado Project Manager
Tania Delgado provides Project Management experience with proven success in project execution, program development, and leadership coordination. She provides guidance on vision and direction for high profile, complex projects, while also fulfilling day-to-day project responsibilities. She works with federal and commercial clients providing business analysis, project assessment and feasibility determination for successful project launches, monitoring full life-cycle process from implementation to completion. Tania holds a Masters degree in Project Management from George Washington University.
